Commercial Loan Officer | $115,000-$135,000
A Fargo company is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join a well-established financial institution offering excellent benefits, a strong team environment, and long-term career potential. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending relationships
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to identify lending and banking needs
- Originate, structure, and manage commercial loans
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, creditworthiness, and overall loan risk
- Prepare and present loan recommendations for approval
- Maintain strong knowledge of lending policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Monitor existing loans and maintain the overall quality of the loan portfolio
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Partner with internal teams to provide clients with a high level of service
Qualifications
- Previous commercial lending experience required
- Strong understanding of commercial credit, financial statements, and cash flow analysis
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Business development and relationship-building experience
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to independently manage a commercial loan portfolio
- Knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices
