A well-established real estate services company in the Fargo–Moorhead area is seeking an experienced Mortgage / Real Estate Closer. This role coordinates transactions with buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders while building relationships that generate repeat and new business. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience independently managing real estate closings from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of title work, closing documents, and lender requirements
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with local Realtors and referral partners
Pay is $90k - $110k DOE plus uncapped performance bonuses. Benefits include fully paid employee health insurance, retirement match, and 3 weeks PTO and more.
