Crew Lead -Exterior Cleaning Services

The Crew Lead is Gorilla Property Services Phoenix's first field leadership hire — a hands on role that starts by operating and maintaining our exterior cleaning equipment directly, then expands into overseeing crew quality, scheduling, and performance as the team grows. You'll be expected to be running day-to-day field operations independently within 60 days of your start date. 

We're looking for someone who has already led people — not just done the work themselves — with the technical skill and leadership instincts to grow with the company as it scales. This person will also learn, embody, and train others in the Gorilla Way — the standards and culture that set us apart. 

Crew Lead – Exterior Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities 

Operate and maintain exterior cleaning equipment — pressure washers, water-fed pole systems, and company vehicles — to manufacturer and safety standards, stepping in on jobs directly as needed 

Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to quality standards across all active crews 

Own the on-site client relationship: quality walkthroughs, scheduling coordination, and resolving issues 

Hire, train, and manage crew members as headcount grows 

Coordinate scheduling and routing across crews and job sites 

Report performance and operational metrics to ownership 

DBA - Gorilla Property Services Phoenix - The Gorilla team delivers long-term property protection and preventative care — window cleaning, pressure washing, and related exterior maintenance — for commercial and residential properties across the Phoenix area. Rather than functioning as a traditional cleaning vendor, we operate as property asset management specialists, protecting the value of every property we serve. As a new franchise launching in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, this is a ground-floor opportunity to help build the operation and its team from an early stage.
