About the Role
As a Natural Wellness Educator, you'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking guidance on natural health products, supplements, and wellness solutions. You'll combine product education with sales to help customers find what truly fits their needs — building trust while driving store growth.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on natural wellness products, supplements, and remedies
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer health goals and needs
- Stay current on natural health trends, ingredients, and product research
- Drive sales through consultative, education-first customer interactions
- Maintain product displays and ensure accurate, up-to-date product knowledge is shared with customers
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Assist with inventory and restocking of wellness products as needed
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure consistent, safe guidance for customers
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of or passion for natural health, supplements, and wellness products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Certification in nutrition, herbalism, or holistic health a plus (not required)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
mpensation & Benefits
- $25.00/hour base pay
- Commission on sales.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
