What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer (Must be Available to Work Weekends) - Scottsdale / Paradise Valley YMCA position at VALLEY OF THE SUN YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION?
Deliver health and wellness classes to Families. Work with Community Health Workers to find resources for families in need. Fitness center duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL TRAINER:
- Motivate and lead members through enjoyable exercise programs developed for their needs.
- Help members to set and reach their fitness goals through positive interactions, each session.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Must enjoy teaching others.
- YMCA Personal Training Instructor or equivalent.
- Accredited personal trainer certification (ACSH- American College of Sports Medicine, ACE- American Council on Exercise, NSCA- National Strength and Conditioning Assocation, NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine)
