What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Infant Teacher - Legacy Foundation Chris-Town YMCA position at VALLEY OF THE SUN YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION?
Coordinates and implements program curriculum for children ages 1 to 5 years at a program site. Interacts with school or organization and adheres to all ADHS (Arizona Department of Health Services) requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A LEAD INFANT TEACHER:
- Plan and implement lesson plans.
- Oversee preschool staff and all activities.
- Create lasting memories for each child, each day.
- Interact with children through activities and lesson plans.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A LEAD INFANT TEACHER:
- Minimum age of 21.
- Must enjoy working with children.
- Current fingerprint clearance card and negative TB or the ability to obtain.
- Associates degree and/or currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program.
- Minimum of 3 years of qualifying experience in the childcare field and 6 credit hours in the childcare field or 60 documented training hours.
