The Tippecanoe Villa Coordinator oversees a team of skills trainers within a county-owned facility, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services that align with county goals and community needs. This role provides clinical supervision, supports professional development, and fosters collaboration with county staff and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support skills trainers, promoting a collaborative and effective team environment.
- Oversee biopsychosocial assessments, functional evaluations, treatment plans, and documentation of medical necessity.
- Ensure integration of evidence-based models (e.g., MI, DBT skills) into clinical care.
- Conduct weekly staffings and supervisions to monitor client needs, progress, and outcomes.
- Guide staff in needs assessments, skills-based interventions, resource linkage, and care coordination.
- Promote caregiver and natural support involvement in treatment planning.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to support holistic care.
- Train staff to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals based on assessments and feedback.
- Provide and supervise crisis intervention services using evidence-based approaches.
- Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and medical necessity; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ensure client contact and productivity standards are consistently met.
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree 6 years human services/mental health experience required.
- Must have a cellphone, valid Indiana Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,622.40 - $48,746.88 per year
