Job Title: Tippecanoe Villa Coordinator Position Summary

The Tippecanoe Villa Coordinator oversees a team of skills trainers within a county-owned facility, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services that align with county goals and community needs. This role provides clinical supervision, supports professional development, and fosters collaboration with county staff and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support skills trainers, promoting a collaborative and effective team environment.
• Oversee biopsychosocial assessments, functional evaluations, treatment plans, and documentation of medical necessity.
• Ensure integration of evidence-based models (e.g., MI, DBT skills) into clinical care.
• Conduct weekly staffings and supervisions to monitor client needs, progress, and outcomes.
• Guide staff in needs assessments, skills-based interventions, resource linkage, and care coordination.
• Promote caregiver and natural support involvement in treatment planning.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to support holistic care.
• Train staff to monitor progress and adjust treatment goals based on assessments and feedback.
• Provide and supervise crisis intervention services using evidence-based approaches.
• Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and medical necessity; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure client contact and productivity standards are consistently met.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree 6 years human services/mental health experience required.
• Must have a cellphone, valid Indiana Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,622.40 - $48,746.88 per year
