What You’ll Do:

As a Skills Trainer at Valley Oaks Health, you will have a dynamic and rewarding role that is essential to our core values and mission. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with clients and clinical teams to create personalized skill-building plans based on each client’s goals, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Track client progress regularly, documenting improvements and challenges to inform treatment adjustments and support continuous improvement.
• Help clients apply learned skills to various environments, including work, school, and home, ensuring skills are practical and sustainable beyond training sessions
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to achieve outstanding results.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for a driven, adaptable individual with a passion for mental health, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with others to achieve big things. Here’s what we’d love to see in your background:

• Education Bachelor's degree OR 120 credit hours towards any degree. Associate's degree OR 60 credit hours towards any degree.
• High School Diploma with 2 years behavioral health experience required; for Child & Adolescent program one year behavioral health experience required
• At least 1 year of relevant work or volunteer experience
• Required Valid Drivers License
