Location: Clinton County, Indiana

What You’ll Do
As a Skills Trainer, you’ll be on the front lines of community mental health, delivering services that matter. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients and clinical teams to develop personalized skill-building plans based on individual goals, strengths, and needs
- Tracking progress and documenting outcomes to support ongoing growth and treatment planning
- Helping clients apply learned skills in real-world environments (home, school, work) to ensure long-term success
- Building strong, supportive relationships with clients that inspire lasting change
What You Bring
We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, flexible, and energized by helping others grow. Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 120 credit hours toward any degree or Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours
- High School Diploma with 2 years behavioral health experience required
- At least 1 year of relevant work or volunteer experience
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Clinton County
