In this role, you’ll support deli operations through data management, signage, and communication, helping ensure a seamless experience for both staff and customers.
- Enter and maintain recipes, nutritional information, pricing, and invoice data using Parsley
- Update product details, pricing, and PLU's (Price Look Ups) in scales and communicate changes to POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Monitor monthly pricing differences, flag discrepancies, and report to Deli Management
- Produce deli case signage
- Print and laminate recipe cards for in-store use
- Create monthly special signage and recipes for the juice bar
- Help ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date information
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data entry and spreadsheets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring monthly tasks
- Clear communicator who can keep teams informed and aligned
- Experience in retail, food service, or administrative support (preferred)
- Interest in natural foods and cooperative values
- Part-time: Approximately 20 hours/week
- Includes morning/afternoon and weekend shifts
- Includes monthly inventory on the first of each month (mandatory)

Mandatory Qualifications:
- English proficiency
- Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office and POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication (oral, aural, and written) skills
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task and remain flexible to the changing needs of the business
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Previous retail/deli experience
- Experience with Parsley
- Familiarity with natural foods, grocery industry or cooperatives
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 30 pounds frequently; 30-50 pounds occasionally
- Manual dexterity with ability to reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and fingers for extended periods of time
- Close-to-general range visual acuity to evaluate and interact in working environment and focus on and/or read data and words on a computer monitor for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, and bend occasionally required
- Ability to be exposed to, work with, and directly handle dietary allergies including, but not limited to: gluten, wheat and flours; dairy and soy; meats and shellfish; peanuts and tree nuts
