Job Purpose:
- The Detailer at VALLEY MOTOR CITY is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, enhancing their appearance and preserving their value. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing both the interior and exterior.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues or damages to the management.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to maintain the vehicle's appearance and prevent damage.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or display.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while performing all tasks.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Experience in automotive detailing, preferably with trucks or commercial vehicles.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in vehicle detailing.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning and detailing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as washing, waxing, and vacuuming vehicles.
