Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate records of medication usage
- Utilize aseptic technique to ensure the highest level of patient care and prevent the risk of infection
- Collaborate with the nursing team to provide individualized care plans, including behavioral health interventions as needed
- Assist with medical records and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of patient information
- Participating in patient education and support efforts to promote healthy living and disease prevention
