Valley Lo Club invites an innovative, hospitality‑driven Executive Chef to lead our vibrant, multi‑venue culinary program—one of the most celebrated aspects of the member experience. What You’ll Lead
- Oversee a $3M multi-venue food & beverage operation, including Lake Terrace, Pub, Paddle Hut, Sandbar Patio, Quarry Bar, and all banquets and club events.
- Drive culinary creativity, operational excellence, team development, and member satisfaction across all dining outlets.
- Create and execute seasonal, innovative menus and weekly features that balance creativity with club traditions.
- Implement strong systems for sanitation, food safety, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
- Partner with leadership to elevate the member dining experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team including the Executive Sous Chef and Banquet Chef.
- Evaluate menus and operations for quality improvement, efficiency, and reduced waste.
What You Bring
- 5 years in an Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership role in private clubs or upscale multi‑outlet environments.
- Culinary Arts degree strongly preferred; commitment to own and others’ continued development.
- CEC designation preferred.
- Leadership strength with the ability to inspire, mentor, and elevate a high‑performing team.
- Proven success in high‑volume, multi‑venue environments.
- Strong planning, organization, and financial management skills.
- A creative, member‑focused culinary philosophy and passion for hospitality.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Rewards: $160,000–$180,000 annually, including base salary and performance bonus. Plus:
