Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Uphold food safety regulations and handle food according to established guidelines
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
