Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Our servers play an important role in creating a positive dining experience while working closely with the kitchen and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Accurately take food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests quickly.
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, service stations, and work areas.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
• Work efficiently with kitchen staff and fellow servers to provide excellent service.
• Follow all restaurant policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
