Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacy Intern
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. You’ll be involved in every step of the prescription filling process and play a key role in delivering accurate, friendly service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Enter patient and prescriber information accurately into the pharmacy system
- Select the correct drug, strength, and dosage form for each prescription
- Enter complete and accurate prescription directions
- Process third-party insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Provide courteous, timely service to patients in person and by phone
- Receive and check in drug orders
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and help keep stock organized
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Pharmacy experience and familiarity with insurance billing are a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
