Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, networking, and community engagement to promote insurance products.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering personalized insurance solutions across health, life, property casualty, and commercial lines.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, benefits administration documentation, and client communication records.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products that align with their financial goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and new insurance products to advise clients effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual or multilingual settings preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance sales processes, including knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA for health-related policies.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective client communication and personalized service.
• Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.

Pay: $51,693.55 - $62,254.60 per year
