- Practitioner Air Traffic Controller: Keep practitioners in the loop regarding daily scheduling and flow.
- Front Office All-Star: Handle incoming phone calls, save and sort faxes into correct folders daily by 10 AM, and cross-train to cover Check-In, Check-Out, and Referral Coordination.

- Multi-Tasking Ninja: Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball, stick to deadlines, and keep things error-free.
- Tech & Office Savvy: Comfortable with basic math, computer literate (Outlook, Word, internet), and handy with standard office gear (scanners, faxes, credit card machines, ten-key).
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiar with government and private insurance types and able to explain details clearly to patients.
- The Details Matter: Neat handwriting, top-tier confidentiality, and a knack for clear email/memo writing.
