The Valley Indoor Swap Meet is looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist vendors and customers daily — answer questions, provide directions, and help resolve issues quickly
- Manage front office activity — answer phones, handle walk-ins, and support the information desk
- Coordinate with staff — communicate incidents, vendor needs, and daily operations
- Keep office operations organized and fast-moving — manage paperwork, maintain records, and support a high-traffic environment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of office experience
- 3-5 years retail experience preferred
Schedule:
- 4/10 work schedule
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 4 days per week, 3 days off
- Must be available weekends and most holidays
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
