Job Purpose:
- The Service Porter at Valley Ford Trucks is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and organization of the service department. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of vehicle service operations by managing the movement of vehicles and supporting the service team in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas to facilitate the service process.
- Assist service advisors and technicians in locating vehicles and preparing them for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and work areas.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to the service team.
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean and presentable condition.
- Support the service department with various tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
Required Education:

Salary : $15 - $17
