Cabinet Designer/Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, managing client relationships, and executing projects across various interior spaces. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and strong sales skills to deliver exceptional results in residential and commercial projects. The Designer will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and construction teams to ensure design excellence from concept to completion. Position includes commisson based pay opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design concepts for interior spaces, incorporating layout design and remodeling ideas with a focus on Cabinets and Countertops.
• Utilize 2020 Design Flex to create detailed plans, renderings, and presentations that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Engage in outside sales efforts by building relationships with prospective clients through high-end sales techniques and upselling additional services or products.
• Manage inside sales activities including product demos, POS transactions, and retail sales to promote all design elements.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms with clients while closing deals efficiently.
• Assist clients with renovation and remodeling projects by providing expert advice on construction experience, maintenance, and product selection.
• Conduct marketing initiatives and merchandising strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Support account management activities including client follow-ups, project updates, and after-sales service.

Skills

• Proven experience in interior design, cabinet layout design, or remodeling projects.
• Strong technical proficiency with 2020 Design Flex software and other innovative design tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, inside sales, or construction sales with deal closing expertise.
• Knowledge of high-end sales strategies, upselling techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with construction experience, renovation processes, maintenance practices, and remodeling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Experience with marketing initiatives related to interior design or retail environments is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
