We're looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department and help bring our family of brands to life. Based in Mountain Home, Idaho, we've been building and growing businesses for more than 20 years, and we're just getting started.
In this role, you'll design for multiple industries, help shape brand identities, and create marketing that reaches thousands of customers. We're looking for someone who thinks creatively, pays attention to detail, and is excited to grow alongside a team that values innovation, collaboration, and doing great work.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials for digital and print (social media, websites, ads, brochures, signage, email campaigns, etc.)
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across multiple companies
- Create compelling visual content using graphic design, photography, and layout best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Assist with website updates, digital advertising creative, and performance-driven design initiatives
- Support digital marketing efforts with visually optimized assets
- Ensure all designs align with company standards, messaging, and overall marketing strategy
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of social media platform image and video specifications.
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. (This is a Windows-based work environment; we do not use macOS.)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout/composition.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, including excellent spelling and proofreading skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in person, by phone, and email.
