Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role involves engaging with clients, generating leads, and driving sales growth through effective territory management and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management and customer service
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, product demonstrations, and direct presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
- Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales potential and meet/exceed targets
- Prepare and present bids, proposals, and service quotes
- Work closely with operations to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Assist in upselling additional services to existing customers to increase revenue streams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B or technology sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes including lead generation, negotiation, and territory management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in retail sales or technical sales is an advantage.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
