Job Overview
* This Position is an On-Site Position.
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who keeps our people up and running. This role focuses on internal support for our hybrid workforce. You will help employees with desktops, laptops, software issues, account access, and day to day technical questions. You will also assist with basic server maintenance, updates, and monitoring. This role supports Valley employees only.
Primary Responsibilities
Employee Support Respond to help requests from onsite and remote staff Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common software Set up new workstations, user accounts, and permissions Keep hardware inventories well maintained and functional. Coach employees on tools, best practices, and basic cybersecurity hygiene
Systems and Server Support Assist in maintaining internal servers, including updates and patching Help monitor system performance and escalate issues when needed Support backups, file storage, and routine maintenance tasks Work with the leadership team on improvements and documentation
Network and Security Support Provide basic support for office LAN, WiFi, VPN, and remote access tools Help enforce internal security policies Assist with onboarding and offboarding users with correct access controls
General IT Operations Update documentation and internal knowledgebase Assist with software rollouts and system upgrades Support troubleshooting in Solutions360, D-Tools, Google Workspaces, and other internal systems Assist with occasional after hours issues and updates as needed
Special projects as assigned by senior management
Qualifications Experience with user and admin Google Workspaces tools
Experience in desktop support in a Windows OS environment Ability to support hybrid and remote teams Familiarity with Windows Server, basic networking, Synology Strong problem solving and communication skills Curiosity and willingness to learn more advanced systems
Preferred Experience Google Workspaces Administration, VPNs, and MFA Exposure to ERP or CRM systems
Utilization of 3rd-party MSP assistance
Communication with vendors Basic scripting or automation interest

Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year
