This is a 11-month exempt position beginning August 1st, 2026, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is a 0.75 FTE salaried position, with an anticipated workload equivalent to approximately 30 hours per week, based on organizational needs. The Program Manager of Student Support Services at Valley Charter Elementary School serves as the school’s lead administrator for special education and 504 systems while supporting the ongoing development of inclusive practices aligned to our constructivist, project-based model. This positions offers a unique opportunity to: Serve as a key member of the school leadership team Share the vision and implementation of inclusive practices across the school Work in a collaborative, mission-driven TK-5 environment Have a flexible 0.75 FTE schedule within a small school community where relationships matter Make a direct impact on systems that support student success KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Special Education Leadership & Compliance Oversee all special education and 504 compliance, including timelines, documentation, and adherence to state and federal regulations Serve as primary liaison to LAUSD SELPA Coordinate and facilitate IEP and 504 meetings, including scheduling, facilitation, and documentation Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Welligent Monitor IEP implementation fidelity and service delivery Maintain clear systems for progress monitoring and compliance tracking Advise school leadership on special education requirements and best practices Inclusive Practices and Program Development Support the implementation of inclusive practices across classrooms Help maintain clear protocols for accommodations and modifications Partner with grade-level teams and leadership to problem-solve around student support Contribute to the refinement of intervention structures and student support systems Supervision & Coaching Provide targeted coaching and support to RSP teachers, special educat
