Valley Cabinet Inc. is looking for a CNC Machine Operator!
With pay raise opportunities at 6 months and 12 months of employment!
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm & Friday: 6:00am - 12pm (Hours may vary based on workload)

What you will do:
The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce precision parts and components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily operation of the CNC Machine
- Review set up sheets and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, dimensions, and quality
- Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position in machine spindles as specified using hand tools or insert cutting tools
- Select fixtures, part holding, and tooling to machine parts as necessary
- Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications
- Confirm finished work meets specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, tape measure, and gages
- May be trained to operate other machines in the CNC Department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you need:
- Ability to read tape measure and calipers.
- Problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to setup a machine and run the job with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills with the ability to read US and metric measurements and the ability to convert between the two.
- Previous work experience in machine manufacturing; knowledge of AutoCAD programs and CNC equipment preferred.
- Ability to learn and retain on the job training.
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English.
- Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.
