This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Huntsville, AL. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling phone calls, maintaining records, and supporting executive staff with clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include ensuring efficient office operations, assisting with event coordination, and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks and maintain organizational efficiency
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional and effective engagement with stakeholders
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience to support leadership with scheduling and document preparation
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
