About The Role
Valiant Group LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to join our finance team in Springfield, MO. This role is responsible for managing daily accounting operations related to billing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable invoices, payments, and collections.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, approvals, and vendor payments.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of AR/AP or general accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Employment type: Full-time (W-2)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
- Location: On-site in Springfield, MO
- Pay range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
