Part- Time Assistant Community Manager

We specialize in the oversight of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) communities and pride ourselves on creating clean, safe, and respectful living environments for our residents. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to lead one of our Brand New LIHTC apartment communities in Branson, MO.

We are seeking an independent, proactive individual who excels in a structured fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This position will be centered around:

· Answering phones and greeting incoming guests

· File, lease, and re-certification processing under LIHTC program guidelines

· Rent collection and monitoring

· Processing vendor invoices

· Property inspections

· Maintenance oversight and issue resolution

Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications:

· Exemplary communication and customer service skills

· Clear criminal background

· Reliable transportation and clear driving history

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (AppFolio experience a plus)

· Self-Motivated, organized, and attentive to details

· Strong time management skills and deadline recognition

· Property Management experience, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a preferred.
