Part Time Maintenance Technician Miami, OK

Valhalla Management is currently seeking a part time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Miami, OK area.

We are seeking an independent, proactive individual who excels in a structured and fast-paced environment. This person must have strong problem solving and communication skills and put them to use in this position.

This position will be centered around:

-General maintenance duties (basic carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair, light hvac, electrical and plumbing

-Landscaping and grounds maintenance

-Preventative maintenance

-Make-ready completion

-On-Call responsibilities

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Must have basic maintenance tools

· Clear criminal background required

· Reliable transportation and clear driving record

· Ability to read online work orders and communication from supervisor and/or management

· Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions

· Ability to walk distances, lift appliances, and climb stairs

Position Details:

· Part-Time, 24-32 hours per week and On-call
