Community Manager

Valhalla Management is seeking a professional and enthusiastic, bilingual Community Manager to manage our affordable housing communities located in Harlingen/Brownsville TX!

This position will include some travel from site to site but will also include the daily tasks of a property management office that specializes in LIHTC file compliance processing, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Answering phones and greeting incoming guests

· File, lease, and re-certification processing under LIHTC program guidelines

· Rent collection and monitoring

· Maintaining tenant files

· Processing vendor invoices

· Data entry and analysis

· Property inspections

· Maintenance oversight and issue resolution

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

· Exemplary communication and customer service skills

· Clear criminal background

· Reliable transportation and clear driving history

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (AppFolio experience a plus)

· Self-Motivated, organized, and attentive to details

· Strong time management skills and deadline recognition

· Property Management experience, specifically with the LIHTC program, is a preferred.

Position Details:

· Full-Time, Monday-Friday

· Outstanding benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, PTO

· $17 - $20 hourly, Depending on Experience
