Responsibilities:
- Manage property operations, budgets, and leasing activities.
- Provide excellent service to residents and guests.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Collect rent, enforce lease agreements, and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Section 8 guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of property management or leasing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Section 8.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient with property management software (e.g., AppFolio).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
