This role is responsible for maintaining VRF PCN and DMZ networks and ensuring the network remains secure through both hardware/software configuration and end-user training.

- Collect, monitor, and optimize server performance and capacity to keep up with demand in online traffic.
- Monitor security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues and perform routine maintenance on these devices.
- Deploy and maintain OT (Operations Technology) network infrastructure through Windows patching, antivirus updates, firmware updates, and application updates.
- Perform network component upgrades to maintain network equipment stability and deploy updated firmware to various routers and switches.
- Install network computers, servers, network, and communications equipment.
- Continually improve and develop security protocols.
- Periodically report System and Cyber security KPI’s.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years experience as a Network Specialist required. An Associate's degree (or higher level degree) in an IT-related field may substitute for the two years experience
- Minimum of five years experience working with computer hardware and software required.
- Minimum of five years experience with common troubleshooting tools like Command Prompt, PowerShell, Putty, Wireshark, etc. required.
- Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.
- CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco Network Professional certification(s) preferred.
