Licensed Realtor for Home Showings — Flexible, Hourly Position
The Valerie King Team is growing and looking for dependable, client-focused Showing Partners to support our expanding base of buyer clients. This flexible, part-time contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed real estate professional seeking hourly pay, valuable collaboration with a respected Connecticut real estate team, and the freedom to maintain other professional or personal commitments.
We plan to add at least two team members who can accommodate showings on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. For a high-performing candidate, this role may develop into a full-time position as the team continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Must hold an active and current Connecticut Real Estate License
- Work with clients in a professional, warm, and trustworthy manner that reflects the VKT standard
- Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team throughout Connecticut, primarily serving Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex, and Hartford Counties
- Coordinate and confirm showing appointments in a timely and organized manner
- Be available during days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Provide detailed written feedback after each showing to help the lead agent refine the client's search
- Communicate any scheduling conflicts or client concerns to the lead agent promptly
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to represent another agent's clients professionally
- Bi-lingual / Spanish-speaking is a plus!
