- Monitor access points to control entry and exit for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors using surveillance systems and manual checks.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Utilize CCTV cameras to observe activity across different areas, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
- Perform safety procedures such as first aid and CPR when required, providing immediate assistance in emergencies.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches to ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation is essential for effective monitoring.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
