Position is on 3rd Shift (Sunday Night - Friday Morning; 10PM - 6~30AM, and every third Weekend)
What You Will Do
- You will troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- You will operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
- You will operate overhead crane
- You will maintain injection process standards
- You will collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap.
- You have the ability to start a robot
- You have a high school diploma / GED
- You have 2 years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
- You have 2 years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process
