Key Responsibilities
You Will
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Visit and service retailers on a structured route plan.
- Sell, promote, and merchandise the full product range.
- Present the most relevant product mix aligned to customer profiles and local market demand.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners and managers.
- Influence ordering decisions to grow existing accounts and increase distribution.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Successfully launch and promote new and seasonal product ranges.
- Process orders accurately using a tablet.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to your Manager.
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales (FMCG experience highly desirable).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Merchandising experience an advantage.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Full, clean driving licence (over 25 preferred for insurance purposes)
- Strong spoken and written English.
