Position Overview:SPOs are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, managing access control, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents. The role includes identifying threats, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe environment for all residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform foot, vehicle, and post patrols to deter threats and maintain order
- Enforce access protocols and respond to alarms/emergencies
- Complete reports and document all significant incidents\
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and supervisors
- Deescalate conflicts and maintain professional conduct in all interactions Qualifications:
- Active Armed DC SPO Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
