What You'll Do
- Accurately estimate exterior home projects.
- Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home sales appointments.
- Build lasting customer relationships through integrity and expertise.
- Manage your sales pipeline.
- Work independently while maintaining professional communication with customers and our office.
- At least 2 years of sales experience (industry experience can be taught).
- Ability to own a pipeline and successfully move leads through the sales funnel.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Excellent communication skills—our sales process is consultative and relationship-driven.
- Disciplined work ethic—success comes from determination and hard work.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- 100% paid training for ten weeks
