Join Our Team – Contact Center Team Member
We're looking for a friendly, organized team member to join our Contact Center! This part-time position plays an important role in supporting our three salon locations and creating a positive experience for every guest.
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with scheduling and questions
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, and text
- Schedule appointments and help maximize our appointment books
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience with every guest interaction
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technology
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
