As a Contact Center Representative, you’re the voice of Cinfed. You’ll thrive in our friendly, professional environment by building relationships and providing high-quality financial member service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop professional and interpersonal connections with our members.
- Problem Solving: Provide accurate information and high-level customer service to help members manage their accounts.
- Advocacy: Actively promote Cinfed’s products and services to help members reach their goals.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of trust, diplomacy, and accuracy in every interaction.
- Experience: At least 6 months of similar or related experience (customer service or retail).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and solid math skills.
- Soft Skills: Genuine enjoyment for helping people and a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check (credit, criminal, and drug).
