We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Checkout client appointments and maintain proper cash tip records.
- Handle cash drawer.
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Ensure reception area is welcoming and clean
- Act as a valued resource for our patients by providing accurate information in- person and via phone/email
- Professional and positive attitude and appearance.
- Successful problem-solving skills
- Think independently and possess good judgement
- Ability to keep salon running smoothly.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Handle Inventory.
- Have experience with social media platforms.
- Responsible for daily opening and closing operations.
- Proactively support hiring initiatives to maintain optimal staffing levels

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Management experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
