Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles in accordance with factory standards and dealership guidelines.
- Conduct routine services, including oil changes, brake inspections, suspension work, engine repairs, and electrical/system diagnostics.
- Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Porsche-specific diagnostic equipment and software for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Document all work thoroughly on repair orders and communicate effectively with service advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
- Mentor apprentice technicians when applicable and stay current with ongoing Porsche training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician; Porsche or luxury European brand experience (e.g., Audi, BMW, Mercedes) strongly preferred.
- Porsche certification (Bronze, Silver, or Gold Meister) is a plus; we support advancement through Porsche training programs.
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and automotive technology, including hybrid/electric systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must own or be willing to acquire a comprehensive set of professional tools.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
