Junior Service/Support Consultant (Must reside within commuting distance of Kennesaw, Georgia)
This position is part of a team dedicated to supporting clients utilizing the ProfitZoom ERP system. The
ideal candidate will possess excellent customer-facing skills, a strong commitment to client satisfaction,
and a demonstrated work ethic. The support consultant must quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of all
ProfitZoom functionalities to effectively address technical, functional, and user-related inquiries via phone,
email, or remote desktop. This role involves diagnosing software issues, guiding users through solutions,
documenting incidents, and facilitating communication between end-users and developers to maintain
optimal system performance.
Position Requirements:
• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to interact patiently and
professionally with customers of varying technical abilities and deliver timely assistance to ensure
high levels of satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify, replicate, and resolve complex technical
problems, including debugging and software analysis.
• Exceptional documentation skills for accurate record-keeping within a ticketing system.
• Self-motivated, demonstrating ownership, proactive follow-through, and a commitment to
exceptional client service.
• Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications, with the
motivation to advance technically.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities are essential.
• General understanding of standard financial practices is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with clients to understand and address their issues, offering effective solutions
promptly.
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
• Document reproducible steps for reported issues to aid in developer troubleshooting.
• Devise interim solutions when permanent resolutions are not immediately available.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and facilitate seamless customer
experience.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions in accordance with organizational
standards.
Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in web- and mobile-based application services
- Strong general computer literacy including MS Office suites especially EXCEL, Jasper reports knowledge is a plus
- A high attention to detail and consistency when preforming tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees of the organization
- Excellent teamwork, time management, plus strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
- Must be within a commutable distance of Kennesaw, GA and available for local & and occasional out of town travel
