Junior Implementation Consultant

This entry level resource will be a member of a team responsible for implementing the ProfitZoom ERP system. Excellent customer facing skills, a passion for customer satisfaction and a willingness to work hard are required. The implementor must be a fast learner that strives to master all aspects of the implementation to include on-boarding, data migration, training, and go-live support. This includes attending meetings/calls, participating in data mapping exercises, delivering training to office and field staff, authoring project communications, providing customer support/troubleshooting, and communicating product feedback/needs to engineering. 

Position Requirements:

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting or equivalent experience

• Ability to work in a fast pace, startup environment

·      Ability to learn existing and craft new business processes aligning with ProfitZoom functionality

• Good customer facing skills both on the verbal and written, with the ability to patiently and politely deal with varying customer skills levels

• Self-starter, with strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Strong general computer literacy including MS Office, Internet applications and the ability and desire to advance technically

• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required

• General understanding of standard financial practices is a plus

• Must be within a commutable distance of Kennesaw, Georgia and be available for local and out of town travel up to 50%

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of multiple, concurrent implementation projects and help customers meet projected timelines and objectives

• Provide customers with detailed instructions over the phone, email or via remote session

• Conduct role-based product training to office staff and field technicians in on-site and remote sessions

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for ProfitZoom customers; proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems

• Mapping and cleansing of customer data for migration 

• Refine and/or develop necessary implementation and training materials

• Execute all tasks assigned by Project Leaders
