  • Vapor-degrease parts and panels before coating (and standalone cleans)
  • Run chemical conversion coating (Type I & Type II) on IVD aluminum–coated parts
  • Rack, rinse, water-break, dry, and document on the process sheet
  • Maintain baths, PPE, and cell cleanliness; hand off status at shift change
  • Wet-process experience preferred; full-shift standing; drug screen background
  • May work ITAR articles — U.S. person / export-control awareness as required
  • On-the-job training to shop certification (degrease and conversion)
  • $25/hr
