What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Conversion Coater / Vapor Degreaser position at Cametoid Technologies?
- Vapor-degrease parts and panels before coating (and standalone cleans)
- Run chemical conversion coating (Type I & Type II) on IVD aluminum–coated parts
- Rack, rinse, water-break, dry, and document on the process sheet
- Maintain baths, PPE, and cell cleanliness; hand off status at shift change
- Wet-process experience preferred; full-shift standing; drug screen background
- May work ITAR articles — U.S. person / export-control awareness as required
- On-the-job training to shop certification (degrease and conversion)
- $25/hr
