HR Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates human resource processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Accurately initiate, track, and complete Employee Onboarding using Paycom.

· On a timely basis, audit, track and support the completion of I-9 forms and maintain I-9 files in Paycom.

· Run E-verify cases, provide branch administrators with notices of non-confirmation. Ensure that employees are contacted and cases are closed out within the specified amount of time.

· Assist with accurate processing of terminations and other data entry as needed, including basic password reset requests.

· Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR staff.

· Make photocopies; mail, scan, and email documents; and perform other clerical functions.

· File documents into appropriate employee files.

· Complete and respond to employment verification requests as well as unemployment claims.

· Perform ongoing federal and state poster audits and provide reporting as to what is needed to remain compliant.

· Assist or prepare correspondence as requested.

· Process mail and assist with returned, undeliverable mailings.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
