What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Field Specialist position at VALCOURT BUILDING SERVICES L C?
The Valcourt Group has an exciting opportunity to bring aboard a new team member in our Recruitment Department as a Recruiting Field Specialist. The ideal candidate will support recruiting efforts for our Window Cleaning and Waterproofing Divisions to help us attract top quality candidates for our Field Technician positions.
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
- Organize and execute all recruitment related efforts to develop a constant pipeline of candidates for field technician positions across the United States.
- As needed, leverage social media, regional advertising, and career fairs to develop a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for both current openings and anticipated future needs.
- Utilize both in house resources and intuitive thought processes to identify and contact qualified candidates.
- Screening job candidates to ensure that they are a match for the position based on qualifications.
- Maintain candidate applications and correspondence using Valcourt’s applicant tracking system.
- Remain responsive to answer questions and address concerns to applicants and candidates frequently and in a timely manner using email, text, or phone.
- Provide weekly metrics to assess progress and identify potential staffing gaps.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 4 plus years of full cycle recruiting in a high-volume service environment.
- Preferred English and Spanish.
- Experience leveraging social media to recruit candidates in the services industry.
- Ability to work in a team environment and utilize strong communication skills.
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to think critically about problems and develop a creative strategic plan to mitigate any problems.
- Must be goal-oriented and able prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in an ethical way, that supports the best practices of recruiting and Valcourt’s company values.
- Experience working with a modern Applicant Tracking System – specific experience with Paycom Applicant Tracking System a plus.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to be able to communicate with candidates needed during their available non-work times.
