Job Description:
As a BCBA with Valcor ABA, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs
- Review session data and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
- Meet reasonable billable and supervision expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for working with children with autism and their families
- Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and support RBTs
- Organized, professional, and collaborative mindset
- Supportive leadership and strong administrative backing
